DESCRIPTION
Dr. Elmore says "If you're going to make the changes in student learning that accountability requires, you have to dramatically increase the skill and knowledge of teachers and principals." During his keynote and conversation, Dr. Elmore will offer practical strategies to help support school leadership increase the capacity within their schools in times when budget cutbacks, higher expectations and greater pressure have become a way of life for school administrators. We are confident this event will provide great insight and beneficial strategies to help you and your school cope during this time of increasing challenges.
